What to Expect

These are mixed-level Pilates classes taught live on Zoom. In this format I can see you, offer cues, and help you adjust as needed. It’s a supportive way to add consistency and connection to your Pilates practice.

Note: these classes run separately from my On Demand Studio.

Classes are intentionally kept small so I can offer corrections, and help you adjust as needed—for a more personalized experience.

You’ll receive live guidance, the chance to ask questions, and modifications throughout class, so you can move in a way that feels supportive and appropriate for your body.

❋ Real-Time Support

These classes are supportive and pressure-free. You can keep your camera on if you’d like feedback, or leave it off and ask questions/modifications at the end. You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to what your body needs.

Live Class Details

Class are taught via Zoom and the replay will be uploaded and available for 7 days, so you can revisit it or catch up if you weren’t able to attend live.
